About the role
As a member of our Quality Assurance team at Likewize, you will be responsible for ensuring that all devices repaired within the repair centre, pass the required testing prior to being sent to the dispatch department.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Completion of quality checks on all devices repaired in the internal repair centre through a variety of software
* Returning failed quality checked devices to the relevant technician / manager with an explanation behind the failure
* Management of pending device in a first in, first out order (FIFO)
* Understanding of mobile device repair processes
* Respect the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to manage individual workload effectively
* Detail oriented is essential
* Previous experience in quality assurance or repairs would be advantageous, but not essential as full training is provided
